Landlords and agents can provide full pricing and availability information for their properties in a property calendar. Prices can be set by day, week or month to accommodate short lets and holiday rentals. A small daily fee is charged for all property listings to encourage landlords and agents to remove properties as soon as they are let. This is all good news for tenants as it means properties advertised on the site should always be genuine and they can check exactly when the property will be available.

Padz was setup by Thomas Karcher and Matthew Wilson, who are both experienced landlords and wanted to create a property rentals website that closely matches landlord, tenant and agent needs. A lot of people today are leading flexible lives, frequently moving between different cities and countries. Padz is designed to provide the best possible information about the property and the landlord so that anyone looking to rent feels comfortable to make a booking online, even without visiting their new home first.

The rentals sector suffers from an unfair reputation of poor quality properties, unscrupulous landlords and difficult tenants. We think it's about time this out dated view of property rentals was broken down and a system that promotes clear communication, transparency and trust between landlords and tenants was created.

Padz has developed unique geospatial search technology which means that it can list and search for properties literally anywhere in the world. The exact location of each property can be displayed on Google maps. Tenants and landlords are also able to post property adverts to their Facebook profile or Twitter.
